Hello Sir/Madam


I am looking for the govt notification which says the minimum production capacity as 50 Tons for vermicompost license. According to this article https://www.wikiprocedure.com/index.php?title=Haryana_-_Get_Licence_for_Vermi-Compost_Products&section=13 


It says the capacity threshold is 50 Ton , but is silent on whether its applicable monthly and there is no link given for the respected govt notification.

Is this process even valid if there is no relevant govt notification is attached as source of the information?


Can some one help with the authorities document which specifies the limit of 50 TON for vermicompost production?
